Grahame “Chily” Chilton’s illustrious career spans over three decades in the City, with key leadership roles that have shaped the landscape of the insurance and reinsurance industries. As the former CEO of Benfield Group, Chilton led the company to achieve FTSE 150 status before overseeing its successful sale to Aon in 2008, where he continued to hold significant executive positions. He later founded Capsicum Re, which became the 5th largest reinsurance broker globally within just five years. Chilton’s wealth of experience and strategic vision will be instrumental in driving SQR’s future success.
